Tourists gather outside the Notre Dame des Cyclistes (Our Lady of Cyclists) chapel near the village of Labastide-d'Armagnac in southwestern France June 27. The chapel was declared a national shrine for cycling and cyclists under the protection of Mary by Pope John XXIII. It is a popular stop for pilgrims who cycle through France on their way to Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
