August 27, 2012

Planning is underway for the fifth and final year of the Nothing More Beautiful initiative in the Edmonton Archdiocese. Paying taxes allows us to stand together

Fr. Ayodele Ayeni CsSP

August 20, 2012

Recently, I got into a debate with friends about the rationale behind taxation, while being treated to a sumptuous meal. A good meal has a way of bringing to mind the God of creation when we remember that so many people do not have three square meals daily.

So Pope Benedict is being faithful to his call in working diligently to restore full unity between the Roman Catholic Church and the traditionalist Society of St. Pius X (SSPX). No one should want a full schism.
